What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Every charter comes with a professional crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic refreshments. Exact inclusions vary by service type — sunset trips feature premium non-alcoholic beverages and appetizers, while corporate charters provide conference facilities and business catering options.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reserving at least 2–3 weeks ahead, especially during the busy season (May–September). For corporate events and private celebrations, booking 4–6 weeks in advance improves availability and allows for customization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Safety remains our top priority. If weather is deemed unsafe by our captain, we can reschedule to the next available date or issue a full refund. We monitor forecasts closely and will reach out 24 hours before departure if conditions look doubtful.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes, you may bring your own food and drinks. We also offer excellent catering services and can tailor menus to your preferences. Note that glass containers are not allowed on board for safety reasons.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to accommodate all guests. Some vessels have better accessibility features than others. Please contact us at the time of booking to discuss specific needs, and we will suggest the most suitable yacht and arrange any required accommodations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations between 24–72 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless due to weather conditions or mechanical issues on our part.
